Terms & Conditions — gbajr Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and gbajr ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the gbajr website located at gbajr.org, including all associated games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment services, and customer support functions (collectively the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this agreement.

gbajr reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates.

To create and maintain an account on gbajr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. gbajr reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point and to close accounts that cannot be verified:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, syndicates, and automated betting systems are not eligible to register.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from gbajr or any other gambling operator at the time of registration or at any subsequent time.

gbajr operates an identity verification (KYC) process. All players may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal requests being held until documentation is received and validated.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on gbajr at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different phone numbers, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gbajr uses technical and administrative controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, gbajr will close all but the earliest-registered account and may void all pending bonuses, wagering credits, and winnings accumulated across the duplicate accounts.

Your gbajr account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, pledged as collateral, or otherwise shared with any other person. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including any transactions made using your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay number. Your login credentials must be kept confidential at all times. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify gbajr immediately at [email protected] so that your account can be secured. Actions under the following circumstances do not excuse you from liability for transactions made through your account:

• Sharing your login credentials with another person, family member, or third party.
• Leaving your device unattended while logged into your gbajr account in a shared or public environment.
• Failure to log out of your gbajr session on a shared device after completing your gaming session.

gbajr accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, but individual payment service providers may impose their own transaction caps. Deposits are credited to your gbajr account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. gbajr does not charge a fee for processing deposits; however, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account number that was used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. gbajr does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, to payment methods not registered in your name, or to international payment processors. The standard withdrawal processing time for bKash and Nagad is within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Withdrawals via bank transfer may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

All withdrawal requests are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks and KYC verification. gbajr may place a temporary hold on any withdrawal request where the source of funds has not been adequately verified or where unusual account activity has been flagged by our compliance systems. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification at the earliest opportunity to avoid delays when submitting their first withdrawal request.

In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following conditions apply to all bonus offers on gbajr unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Incomplete rollover conditions result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided upon withdrawal request.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the applicable rollover process.
• gbajr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and to exclude individual players from promotional offers where abuse is suspected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbajr platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances including deposits, bonuses, and winnings, and possible legal action:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform in any way other than through the standard player interface.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal source. gbajr cooperates fully with relevant authorities and will report suspicious financial activity in compliance with applicable laws.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or technical malfunctions to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with gbajr's customer support team.

gbajr's compliance team monitors Platform activity continuously. Where a prohibited activity is detected, gbajr will act immediately to secure the affected account, investigate the activity, and take appropriate remedial action, which may include permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting the matter to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities.

gbajr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods through the account settings panel. Players who feel that their gambling is becoming compulsive or harmful are encouraged to contact gbajr's 24/7 customer support team for assistance, or to apply for self-exclusion, which will immediately suspend access to the Platform for the selected period.

gbajr's responsible gaming tools are free to use and take effect immediately upon activation. The following tools are available to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session duration reminders, reality checks, temporary time-out (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes as a registered player. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from or through the gbajr Platform without the prior written consent of gbajr.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbajr, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage — even if gbajr has been advised of the possibility of such damages. gbajr's total cumulative liability to any player for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gbajr makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. gbajr does not guarantee that any particular game, sports market, or promotional offer will be available at any specific time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, and events beyond gbajr's reasonable control may result in temporary Platform unavailability for which gbajr accepts no liability.

gbajr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if gbajr reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player is engaged in prohibited activity as defined in Section 6; (c) the player has provided false or misleading registration information; (d) the player's account has been involved in fraudulent, suspicious, or criminal activity; (e) a regulatory or legal obligation requires gbajr to do so; or (f) the account poses an unacceptable risk to gbajr, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.

In the event of account closure by gbajr for breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play) may, at gbajr's sole discretion, be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of all applicable AML and KYC checks, provided no fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity has been detected. Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] with a written closure request.

gbajr collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at gbajr.org/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. gbajr uses your personal data to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, deliver customer support, and send you relevant promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. gbajr does not sell personal data to third parties. All personal data is handled with appropriate technical and organisational security measures including SSL encryption in transit and encrypted storage at rest.

gbajr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gbajr will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending an in-app notification to the registered mobile number on file. The revised Terms will state the date on which they come into effect. If you continue to use the Platform after the effective date of any revision, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact [email protected] to request account closure. Your failure to stop using the Platform after being notified of changes constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising between you and gbajr in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through gbajr's formal complaints process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the complaints process within 60 days of the complaint being lodged, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal channels. Nothing in this clause limits gbajr's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or to prevent irreparable harm.
